The most common cause of shoulder pain is bad posture. Specifically, shoulders rounded forwards with neck and head protruding forward. This slumping posture puts enormous pressure on the neck and the shoulder girdle, making daily activities harder work for your body, until it all becomes too much and then it starts to hurt. The exercises in this video are the best exercises for shoulder pain caused by bad posture, because they help to revert back to good posture, getting rid of your shoulder pain in the process.
I usually recommend doing 10-20 repetitions these shoulder pain exercises around 3-4 times a day.
