VitB12 Shot Pop-up Clinic – Thursday 18th July

I am delighted to announce that the wonderful Leanne Walton from Feelwell is coming over to do a VitB12 Shot pop-up clinic at my practice next Thursday, 18th July. If it is popular it will become a regular feature.

What is vitamin B12 and why should I be interested?

Vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the most common nutrient deficiencies, despite being vital for our bodies and having many essential functions. B12 is important in the production of myelin, the insulation around the nerves, which contributes to proper brain function and it is crucial for healthy nervous system function and energy production.

Everyone complains about feeling tired and low on energy. Despite drinking multiple cups of coffee in the morning, most of us end up exhausted and drained midway through the afternoon. Vitamin B12 shots can help boost your day-to-day energy levels and fight the signs of fatigue, and are also great if you are just feeling low and run-down.
